A: Yes, we always set up a contractual agreement with all of our clients. The contract serves to protect both you and us. The contract clearly outlines what services, equipment, etc will be provided plus dates, timings and payment schedules, leaving no details out.
A: Yes, we take one-third of the entire contract amount as a deposit. The rest of the outstanding amount is paid at the start of your event.
A: We typically will arrive at your venue 1 hour prior to the time that your first guest would arrive. Having said that, more complex setups require more setup time, therefore for those larger events arriving at the banquet facility 2 hours in advance is not uncommon. This time allows for sound check, microphone checks, lighting checks and light programming, and of course ensuring the professionalism of our image by having a clean set up.
A: Of course! Without our DJ meeting you, it would be impossible to gauge the type of services and expectations that you require. In this consultation, we go through every musical detail of your event, including playlists, types of music, etc. Many times, we will come out to your venue (if need be), that way we both can have an exact idea of what will be happening on your event, eliminating all of the guess work. You get to meet the DJ, learn his personality and in turn he can learn yours, thus providing the perfect musical entertainment for your event.
A: It’s your event, the music should be the way YOU want it. We make sure that all of the songs that you and your guest want to hear are played. We are industry professionals and are more than capable of choosing and selecting music to keep your crowd dancing, but you have the ultimate say. Even on the night of, your guest may request any song, and as long as it would work with the crowd, we will play it. In addition, we can send music request sheets around prior to your event, so we have an idea of the type of music that we will require at your event.
A: We offer live Master of Ceremony Services for those clients who wish to have a more interactive feel. We can use our unique MC skills to get your guests off their feet and keep them interested in the party all night long. This service also includes games, announcements, shout out and many more. Be sure to book your very own MC who can be as involved in your night as you would like.

A: First and foremost is that we do actually mix, not just say we do. Songs blend seamlessly into one another for non stop dancing. Also we have the ability to mix, remix, scratch, beat match and song select all live at your event. At Nspire Sound, we bring a level of “Turntablism” that the industry cannot touch.
A: Each event and each crowd is different, some crowds like 1-2 minutes per song and some crowds like the entire song played. All of these points are covered in our 1-on-1 session. You as the client have the power to decide or you can allow us to read the crowd and switch when necessary; everything is fully customizable!
A: We use only the best in DJ equipment. From our earthshaking subwoofers to crystal clear tops, our equipment is top notch. We use various products from companies like Denon, EV, Rane, Yorkville, JBL, Behringer, Chauvet, Microh, American DJ and Antari to name a few.
A: We have the top equipment in the business, which we regularly maintain, so equipment failure would come to a surprise to us. However, in the event of a equipment malfunction, we will put every effort into bringing our reserve system to your venue without haste.
A: At Nspire Sound, we are a professional DJ company and we understand how our image must look to match all of our other aspects of professionalism. Our attire and appearance match your event, for example a prom or semi formal, we will be dressed in nothing less than shirt or tie, but for a school dance, an Nspire Company golf shirt.
A: We value you as our client and would love to cater to your needs. When you book multiple events from Nspire Sound, (i.e. School Dance, Athletic Banquet, Prom) you are entitled to amazing deals on your package, so we encourage you to book everything with us.

In addition to school events, we specialize in Weddings, Corporate Events, Banquet Functions, Birthdays, Anniversaries. Also we are amazing club night DJ’s, having played at some of Canada’s biggest and best clubs, including Circa, Docks, Palazzo, Metro, Afterlife, Seven, Atlantis, Tonic and Phoenix, to name a few.
A: At Nspire Sound, we believe that the industry should uphold certain values, including providing a consistent level of service, regardless of which DJ company you choose, so we, as always, are trend setters. We include in each package, 2 wireless microphones, 1-on-1 consultations, 1 DJ, 1 Technician, On Site Meeting (If necessary), our entire music library and our professional services.
A: We are 100% licensed where in fact most DJ’s in Canada are not. We have all original music and pay an annual fee to retain licensing for our music. In addition we are fully insured for all liabilities at all events. When booking your DJ, ask to see their insurance and licensing, because many times they may say that they have it, but in truth will not. Our licensing and insurance is readily available to all of our clients.
